Calamigos Ranch: What You Need to Know Before You Book Your Wedding

Sunny California is known for its amazing sunny weather, the perfect weather to have fun and explore the large state full of many attractions. One of the most popular things about California are the beaches. You will not find a beach like California’s in any other state! The hot sun and cold ocean water make the perfect combo for a great beach day. You can chill in the sun to get a nice tan while sipping on a lemonade and then dive into the water to cool off.

Here at Beach Town Pops, creators of gourmet popsicles and artisan ice cream…

We think one of the most popular beach towns in California is Malibu. It is a beautiful area that has a lot of hiking trails within the mountains, pizza and wine tours, and a huge pier full of shops, restaurants and carnival rides! Amongst the many activities to do in Malibu and all the sites to see, it is the perfect place for a wedding. The natural scenery and warm weather create a beautiful setting to celebrate a wedding with family and friends.

The Redwood Room is is the most historic venue with lots of rustic charm from weeping willows and growing vines. The ceremony takes place on the lawn under redwoods and eucalyptus trees.

SUPER SECRET CATERING TIP

SUPER SECRET CATERING TIP 〰️

Super Secret Catering Tip, Shhh!!!

Many venues, such as Calamigos Ranch, provide the food service for your wedding.

For the most part, they don’t allow any other catering services to provide for your wedding. Something that most people don’t know is that you can actually get that rule waived by paying an extra fee.

By doing so, you will be able to bring on your favorite catering service and have them as a part of your special day.

The coolest catering service of Los Angeles is without a doubt us, Beach Town Pops.

You will regret not having our tasty frozen treats at your wedding!

Invite Beach Town Pops to Your Wedding

Truthfully, everyone remembers the food, drinks and snacks at any gathering! It is important to have plenty of food and snacks available for all of your guests because it will keep them pumped throughout the night.

Some of the most popular and fun snacks are ice cream and popsicles. Who can resist a frozen treat, especially in the hot California weather after dancing your heart out! That is why you have to invite us, Beach Town Pops, to your wedding.

We are an ice cream and popsicle catering company that creates organic, cold-pressed frozen treats with our own original recipes. We have many flavors to choose from and we’ll even accept custom flavor requests for your special day!

We don’t want to forget to mention that we also have boozy alcoholic options for all the adults.

Apart from the tastiest frozen treats of Los Angeles, we can either drop off or one of our pro servers can stick around to help serve all of your guests.

As if that wasn’t enough, we can also customize popsicle sticks and ice cream cart! To make your special day even more memorable, we can add the name of the bride and groom as well as the wedding date. It is such a cute detail that your guests will never forget!

Additional Event Options

Calamigos Ranch has a few things you can add to your package to create a more magical experience for you and your guests. After all, it is the most important day of your life, a day that you will remember forever!

Included in the package are garden chairs, but you are able to upgrade to chairs that are more elegant and suitable for your wedding. For $4 a chair, you can rent gorgeous Chiavari chairs, or you can rent vineyard chairs for $10 each. Both are elegant choices that will add another small touch in the details.

Since the ceremony and reception will be partly outside and it can get a bit chilly in Santa Monica, you can rent outdoor heating lamps to keep guests warm while they enjoy their time surrounded by the beautiful outdoors.

And now here’s the real treat. Calamigos Ranch gives you the option to rent out a Ferris Wheel and a Merry Go Round. Are you kidding? As if a wedding could not be more magical at Calamigos Ranch! The Ferris Wheel can be rented for three hours at the price of $2500 and the Merry Go Round can be rented for three hours at the price of $725. These are definitely “extras” in a wedding and are not a port of the necessities, but it would be so cool and fun to have one of these rides at your weeding. The guests will have fun, especially the kids, and so will you!
