Indian Wedding Desserts

These frozen treats are perfect for your Indian wedding. We absolutely love these edible flowers! Roses, orchids, tulips, gerbera daisies, delphiniums, freesias, marigolds and sunflowers…

We believe some of the most beautiful things in life are family and culture. Both give you a sense of belonging; you don’t feel alone when you’re surrounded by family and people of your culture that understand where you come from. It makes sense why people add their beautiful traditions into their wedding ceremonies.

If there is one word to describe an Indian wedding, it would be ‘extravagant.’ So many details come in to play in order to plan and execute an Indian wedding. Of course, there are many different cultures within India (Punjabi, North Indian, South Indian) but overall, Indian weddings are absolutely gorgeous in every way.

Indian wedding treats - frozen delights

Our dark chocolate sea salt pop dipped in toasted coconut.

With several intricate ceremonies throughout multiple days, lots of family, and immense amount of foods, not every venue can be enough for an Indian wedding. In that case, anyone planning an Indian wedding must take their time to research available venues that could host the grand event.

We’ve done our research, and here are the best venues that we recommend for an Indian wedding in the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego areas.

The Westin - Los Angeles Airport

The first recommendation is very convenient if you have family traveling into Los Angeles airport because this venue is about a mile way from LAX. For an outdoor ceremony, there is a terrace on the ground level that fits up to 200 guests. The Grand Ballroom is also on the ground level and seats up to 1450 guests! It has an 18-foot ceiling and is broken up into 4 different sections. One of these sections is connected to the outdoor terrace, which is perfect for an indoor wedding ceremony and an outdoor lunch or cocktail hour afterwards. The Westin will provide everything from tables and chairs to all the necessities for eating and drinking. Thankfully, outdoor catering is allowed at the Westin, but they will also provide food if you prefer.

The Landmark - Mission Hills

The Landmark is a new banquet hall that is very modern and sophisticated. From the lobby to the bar, the wedding experience is very lavish at The Landmark. It has a capacity of 200-850 people and has plenty of space for so much! There is a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom, and outdoor ceremony space and garden, 3000 sq. ft. foyer, suites for the bride and groom, 25’ ceilings and plenty of parking space. As for catering, Anoush is a catering company that has been in business for 30 years and they provide the meals for The Landmark. Everything is provided by The Landmark including linens, tables, setup, lighting, sound and cleanup.
