In 2011 while on a tropical island working with the TV show Survivor, Ashley Adamczyk was in the mood for a frozen popsicle to help her beat the heat. She heads to the grocery store, only to find that they were entirely out of frozen dessert!

Instead of settling for anything else, Ashley decides to buy the ingredients she needs to create her own batch of popsicle. Though they weren’t the best the very first try, Ashley continued to practice making her own popsicles.

This surprisingly turned into a hobby and passion for Ashley! She continued until finally, she perfected her recipe and technique for the best popsicles and frozen treats she’s ever had!

Initially, she made her delicious frozen treats for her family and friends. Wanting to expand, Ashley started Beach Towns and began selling her treats at farmer’s markets, delis and eventually started catering to parties, events and even celebrities!

Perfect Blend of Ingredients…

You may think, “Ok, it’s just ice cream and popsicles. I can find those at any grocery store.” We’re sorry to say that you are wrong because we aren’t just any ordinary ice cream company.

To begin, most ice cream products are made from cheap quality products, lots of added sugars, and overall, just plain boring. We are far from that.

Our popsicles are made with organic and cold pressed ingredients that are bought from our local farmers. We don’t like to add sugars to our products and instead use natural sweeteners such as honey and cinnamon to enhance the flavors of the frozen treats.

Unique and Eccentric Flavors

With our amazing ingredients, we are able to create a plethora of amazing flavors. But rather than have the typical chocolate, vanilla, pistachio flavors, we love to spice things up by creating flavors you’re never heard of.

Imagine going to a birthday party, and you find out that the ice cream catering service brought Italian Plum and Almond Burmese Semolina, and Dark Belgium Chocolate Sea Salt freeze pops. Or how about Coconut-Corm with Brown-Sugar Syrup and Peanuts, and Lemongrass Basil ice cream.

Yes, We Cater!

As we’ve mentioned, we are caterers, and we will cater to your event. We are based in Los Angeles but we’re willing to drive a bit and be a part of your special event.

We have two catering options: drop-off and ice cream cart. We can drop-off the frozen treats in a cooler with dry ice, straight to your event! Or, even better, we can stick around for a bit and help you serve your guests. That way, you can enjoy the event!

If we stick around to serve your guests, we’ll bring along an ice cream cart full of dry ice, an umbrella, and a menu to display all the flavors we!

Custom Branding

Branding is everything, especially for a brand activation or corporate event. A unique way to make your event even more memorable is to brand the goods with your logo, company name or custom message!

That’s right, we can add your choice of image to the plastic wrappers, popsicle sticks, bowls and even our ice cream cart! Doing so will make a stronger impression on your guests and customers.

We Have Hot Treats Too!

Maybe frozen treats aren’t your thing, or maybe they’re not the best option for the winter season. That’s ok, because we also cater hot treats with our sister brand: The Los Angeles Hot Chocolate Bar!

The LA Hot Chocolate Bar caters high quality hot chocolate made from the ‘ariba’ bean from Central America due to its amazing and intense flavor. No, it’s not your average grocery story powdered hot chocolate.

Along with the hot chocolate, you will get a whole table of toppings to dress up your hot cup of chocolate! Chocolate shavings, whipped cream, crushed peppermint candy canes, pretzels and whipped cream: what more can you ask for?

And it doesn’t stop there. They also have boozy hot chocolate options! imagine a Mexican Hot Chocolate with Partida Añejo, Cinnamon, Chili Powder and a Pinch of Cayenne Pepper. Yup, they go above and beyond!
