About 10 years ago, Ashley Adamczyk was craving a delicious frozen treat. Being on a tropical island while working for the show Survivor, she heads to the grocery store and comes to find the grocery store is completely out of popsicles!
Instead of just continuing on with her day, Ashley wanted to feed her craving and decided to create her own popsicles at home! To her surprise, this desire for a frozen treat had her hooked.

The first batch were delicious, but Ashley continued to research and relied on YouTube videos to help improve. She continued to create frozen treats and used better ingredients with each batch. Soon enough, this fun hobby turned into an obsession, and Beach Town Pops was born.
For the last 10 years, Beach Town Pops (the coolest dessert caters!) has been creating gourmet ice cream, gelato and popsicles, perfecting our recipes each time! All of our treats are made with organic and cold-pressed ingredients that are locally produced in Santa Barbara County.
That’s one of the reasons why Beach Town Pops has some of the best frozen treats you’ll ever find. They take time to pick and choose amazing ingredients, unlike many companies that choose artificial ingredients with poor quality.
To enhance and sweeten the treats without adding sugars, Beach Town Pops uses ingredients such as honey, ginger, cinnamon, mint, almond extract and more. That way, you can feel a bit more safe while eating them, knowing that they are a much healthier option than most frozen treats.

Listen. Alcohol is at every party because it allows people to relax and have a great time. But have you ever tried frozen treats that contain alcohol? And no, we’re not talking about the frozen alcoholic freeze pops that you buy at the grocery store.
Beach Town Pops has a menu of classy alcoholic beverages that are turned into frozen treats! Similar to their regular treats, the boozy items are made with ingredients of high quality.
Freshly chopped mint is mixed with pressed lime juice and Bacardi rum to create the Mojito freeze pop. Blue agave tequila, fresh lime juice and strawberries create an amazing Strawberry Margarita that transports you to the coast of Mexico.

Custom Design
To make your event even more special, we can add your custom design to popsicle sticks, cups and wrappers. That can be a logo to represent your brand, a quote, name, initials, anything you have in mind!
And if we end up serving your guests, we can even add your custom design to the ice cream cart. Something as simple as a custom design can make such a huge difference in your event, especially if that event happens to be a brand activation party!
