Who is Beach Town Pops?
Beach Town Pops started back in 2011 when founder Ashley Adamczyk had a craving for a nice juicy popsicle. The problem was that, surprisingly, the grocery story was out of popsicles!
To tame her craving, Ashley decided to create her own batch of popsicles just for fun. She says, “I’ll admit it – I was hooked!” What started off as a simple one-time task turned into a whole passion and frozen dessert business for Ashley!
With each batch, she improved her ingredients, process and blends of flavors until she perfected her recipes and created her own unique blends of flavors.
Ashley’s family and friends were the first to enjoy her treats, but soon enough Ashley was selling at farmers’ markets and catering gigs. Beach Town Pops was then born, right in the sunny Los Angeles area.

Unique Flavors
Ashley didn’t want to be just another frozen treat company, so she came up with unique blends of flavors that were truly unheard of. Flavors like Lemon Cheesecake with Pomegranate Reduction quickly captivated her clientele, motivating her to continue creating.
Sure, you can have a classic chocolate ice cream, but you can also have an Orange Marmalade, or a Cranberry and Vanilla Bean.
As for ingredients, BTP uses organic ingredients that are grown and sold in Santa Barbara county.
