Who is Beach Town Pops?
In short words, Beach Town Pops is the frozen dessert company you’ve been waiting for. We specialize in all sorts of frozen treats: ice cream, sorbets, popsicles, freeze pops, gelato, and ice cream sandwiches.
About 11 years ago, Ashley Adamczyk was on a tropical island while working with Survivor, the TV show. With the hot weather, Ashley started to crave an ice cold juicy popsicle.
Our Belgium Dark Chocolate freeze pops dipped in toasted coconut can come vegan upon request.
When she got to the grocery store to get a popsicle, she realized that they were out of stock! Instead of letting that go, she decided to make her own popsicles at home. I mean, how hard can it be right?
Little did she know, this wasn’t the one and only time Ashley would make frozen treats. Soon enough, this turned into a hobby and business.
With each new batch of frozen treats, Ashley perfected the recipes, added better ingredients, changed the process until she came up with the best frozen desserts, as well some unique flavors.
Our classic Mai Tai is a combination of white and aged or dark rums—the white rum is lighter bodied and fruity, while the aged rum brings juicy banana, vanilla, and burnt sugar notes and a richer mouthfeel.
Quality Over Everything
One of the many reasons that sets Beach Town Pops apart from other companies is the importance they put towards ingredients. We purchase our fruits, vegetable ingredients from local farms in the Santa Barbara County.
All of our popsicles are made with organic, cold pressed ingredients. To add and enhance the sugars and flavors of our recipes, we use natural sweeteners such as honey, cinnamon, ginger, and more.

Unique Mix of Flavors That’ll Blow Your Mind
All of our flavors are unique, and they are original! And even though we can make the classic ice cream flavors such as vanilla or chocolate, we love to explore and create flavors that’ll create an explosion in your mouth.
And we also have boozy options! Rather than drink your favorite cocktail, why not eat it as a frozen treat as well! Our catered desserts include flavors such as Mojito, Tequila Sunset, Piña Colada, and we can also customize flavors upon request. This is perfect for any WeHo event :-)
Our authentic Cookies ‘n Cream ‘n Fudge Ice Cream has a sweet and creamy ice cream base that is loaded with Oreo cookie chunks and Oreo Cookie crumbs for a decadent experience.
Custom Branding and Catering
Yes, we can cater to your party, and we’ll even serve your guests. Why have a regular old ice cream cart when you can have us?
Apart from catering, we can add a custom image onto the ice cream cups, wrappers, popsicle sticks and even the ice cream cart. Whether it be a logo or drawing, you can make your special event that much more special. Don’t forget we can make a custom branded cart!
